Our AC did not work and we were promised that it would either be fixed or assigned to another room. Neither happened after numerous inquiries. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall and we had trouble with an error message on the tv that needed special attention.

The hotel is great - as you would expect from citizen M but it’s in a mixed area - on the edge of Soho which is great and well within walking distance and good access to subway via Spring St but the side of the road the hotel is on is quite run down and it’s very close to the bridge so the noise is significant from traffic. There is however an amazing view from the rooftop bar which is great but needs more staff as service was slow
