"I can't say enough good things about this property. It was such a pleasant surprise. It was very clean, I felt very safe, the staff was extremely helpful, the breakfast that they serve was great, the location where you can walk to everything was ideal and to top it off March was very warm and we able to enjoy sunbathing. The fire pits by the pool and watching the sunset was perfect....love this hotel!!! "

"We loved our stay at The Green Room! Room was cute and clean, loved the ease of self check in and if we had any questions the number we texted was very responsive. Our first morning there we woke up to coffee and donuts outside and was able to chat with a few other guests there.The hotel is also in walking distance of lots of great food options. Highly recommend! "

"I would never stay here again. Rooms are super outdated. Wreaked of Lysol when we checked in and saw the can sitting outside the room. Wasn’t a parking space open when we arrived. Impossible to get in contact with anyone. Room was super stuffy, no air flow or AC. The blanket is an old school blanket which is gross, wonder if it’s even changed between guests. My friend had another reservation and their room smelled like sewage and had to go somewhere else. Do NOT stay here. "

"Motel 6 Carlsbad, CA - North, room was spacious and very clean, staff was welcoming, helpful and friendly. This Motel 6 is situated in a perfect area if you have a dog or kids, there is a park nearby within a 3 minute walk with large grassy area and play area. In addition there is another park closer to the beach Carlsbad has tons of great restaurants and coffee shop. "

"The owners are on site and couldn't have been nicer. Location was amazing with coffee shops, restaurants, beach and more in easy walking distance. Room lay out was a bit odd but beds were super comfortable. The road out front is a bit noisy."

The hotel had late night cookies and milk, board games to play, freshly made, hot full buffet breakfast. There was a library area and cozy couch for relaxing. Plenty of table settings for Breakfast dining and was kept clean and organized. The price was perfect for my budget. "The beach-front room was a huge plus. The rooms were clean but could use some TLC on the finishing items and updates to make it feel much cozier. Check in was super quick and smooth. Hut tub is by reservation only. Overall it was a great bang for our buck and we would stay here again. "
