The room was not ready at 3. They made numerous comments why but it took 3 hours of waiting. They did not offer anything because of the delay. It isn’t our fault they have no staff. Too bad it’s a nice hotel and there will be no customers if this type of thing continues.

Unfortunately, my room did not have hot water for the entirety of my stay. The problem was brought to the attention of staff twice. And nothing was done to rectify this. In addition, a homeless man entered the property, served himself coffee from the breakfast stand and hurled profanity at ..everyone. ...

Rooms seemed dark but that could have been inadequate light bulbs. The bathroom was roomy and plenty of towels but no makeup mirror. Charging plugs were lose and extremely slow.
