"A 2.5 hr wait for valet parking before driving home. Granted, a text was sent out the prior day warning of possible delays, however, it didn’t say you would be stuck due to incompetence and lack of personnel by the parking company. Disorganized, non caring, systemless, all of the above. Spoke to the hotel manager, who said he would help if he could, however, he had no power to do so. Love the hotel itself, however, you’d be better off parking in a lot down the street rather than here, especially if you are leaving on a Saturday or Sunday."

"Our room was clean, the staff was so helpful from the time we arrived. Valet parking was so helpful and gives you peace of mind. Our breakfast was great and one of the waiters was awesome. Wish I got his name, he was very personable! We had a great time. Use the coupons and the concierge will help you book tours, take advantage of that!"

"Hotel was very clean and nice. Staff was wonderful. Hotel location is perfect for what we went for. The pool closes at dusk which I wished it would had stayed open later for a little night swimming. But it was still a great time. Room was very clean and bed was so comfy. Definitely will be staying at this hotel on our next trip to Nola!"

"We enjoyed our stay at The Crown Plaza in New Orleans. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were right on Canal St. It was a 3 minute walk to Bourbon St. We had a very good experience at this hotel."
