"The Hotel is great and it’s in great location. The front desk staff was just okay. They initially forgot to give us our breakfast passes. The front desk supervisor said they frequently make that mistake. She said customers often have to show them a copy their reservation on the phone to get their breakfast passes. Seems like they would fix this issue, instead of having customers return to request their passes.
One of Valet parking attendants left the passenger window open on my new RAM Truck on a day when significant rain was expected. Luckily I spotted the window open as I was walking by about 45 minutes later.
We kept the Privacy / Do Not Disturb sign on our door the entire stay; however, housekeeping attempted to enter our room around 9 am on Sunday morning. She said her list had a mistake on it regarding who checked out.
Overall the hotel was still nice. Next time, I would stay if I fly in and drive a rental car. If I drive in with a nice vehicle that I own, I would probably stay at a different place."
