"The room was clean but didn’t have a mini fridge or a microwave. We were mislead by the Concierge to sign up for excursions and still had to pay at every attraction we went to. The property is old and could use an update. The $50.00 parking fee is crazy. There is parking many places for $20.00 but you can park down by the cruise ship for $15,00 a day and just take an uber when you need your car. Driving your own vehicle is hard because of traffic. Other than that it was great. Everything was clean. And it was close to everything so we could mostly walk. "

"The suite style is ideal for traveling with a family and we appreciated the space. However, the AC didn't keep the room a comfortable temperature for sleeping--it didn't seem adjustable at all. The line for the cooked-to-order breakfast was insanely long so we always did the breakfast buffet and while serviceable, it wasn't tasty. The location is fairly convenient, walkable to the French Quarter in about 20 minutes. "

"Excellent hotel staff was wonderful except there was one morning female staff was not pleasant or helpful at all. Shae the maintenance gentleman was very good had an issue with a clock radio and he was very helpful and friendly"

"Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly gentleman who assisted us with our bags. The young man that checked us in was equally friendly and professional. The lobby was adorned with beautiful fresh flowers and plants.
Our room was okay, but the bathroom was very dated. "

"We have stayed here before and love this hotel. It's pure New Orleans, including awesome staff. We accidentally booked a windowless room this time and the staff got us upgraded quickly, and then found all the things we left in the old room. Staff makes the place! "

"The in room small fridge was noisy and the unit became uncomfortable hot to the touch after a few hours to the point we felt safer to unplug and do without any chilled water. A compact fridge is a must have when i travel but the one in my room 213 was a poor and cheap version for a otherwise well established hotel accommodation
