"The room was clean and as described. The location is ideal for walking anywhere you want to walk in and around the French Quarter. The bed was very uncomfortable and the room seemed “worn” like the carpet was worn in some spots and coming up. A musty smell in the bathroom. Oh and they switched valet tickets with another car and couldn’t find our vehicle for a while but they eventually found it and our key fob. Good thing we had photos of our vehicle and license plate."

"Incredible place to stay in the heart of the French Quarters. We had a court/pool side room. It was so quiet… you would never guess the evening that busy Bourbon St was right outside the front door. Clean and beautiful hotel. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!"

"I was extremely disappointed in the physical aspects of the rooms in the property. The rooms were dark and I could hear the guests next door taking a shower. Additionally, the cable tv service wasn’t available for the first two days of my stay. The physical location was centrally located in downtown NOLA but unfortunately I was inundated by the unhoused and severely drug addicted citizens in the area. The floors in the room and the hallways were extremely uneven in spots and the individual room layouts were confusing and difficult to locate, depending on which elevator you used. The cost of the breakfast was overpriced for the quality of the food. Overall, the staff was courteous and professional but I and my traveling companions, did not enjoy our stay and will not recommend this location to others."
