The Young guy at the desk was doing a amazing job, sad no support from management though, took a long time to get checked in due to the multitude of "fires [metaphorical not literal] he was left to put out. Watched manager walk in go to desk and walk out, with 4 customers left on the shoulders of the the front desk attendant. Sad really, breakfast felt like it was a hate meal, 4types of bagels no butter? No cream cheese? Eggs, not side , potatoes, bacon , or sausage , would have at least felt welcoming, i understand major renovations were occurring but it just felt like the stay was not welcomed, i stayed 2 nights , roomservice never came to check had to ask for fresh towels what was on the cart she was pushing? Apparently not towels for sure, this spot needs .....much. affordable, and 2 staff members were friendly thats the good, i tighten screws all over my room, for security and proper functionality, cleaned cob webs off every area above eye level, water ran constantly from toilet and tub...i asked for a bucket to get ice from only place completely other side of property on another floor, and was handed a bag 1 to walk the property length back to my sweet. Like i said young guy from opelousas, and then when checking out of room young hispanic lady for polite everyone else felt bothered by my presence and my interaction was received as an annoyance. IM ASHAMED OF WHAT IS CONSIDERED CUSTOMER SERVICE IN AMERICA TODAY. BUT THE 2 I MENTIONED GIVE A GLIMMER OF HOPE LEFT.

I had a great experience at the hotel. The front desk service was incredibly fast and efficient. Reddy was absolutely amazing — super helpful, kind, and made the check-in process smooth and easy. Thank you for such a warm welcome!

Rooms were dirty. All but one staff member was helpful. Had to get new keys almost every time I left the room. And had to leave cause work relocated me, and I was denied even a partial refund. Place needs to be investigated by La Quinta and closed until it’s fixed.

Booked this place for a week because it was pet friendly. It turned out to be an absolutely disgusting property. Checked out the next day to find another place that would take a pet. Good luck getting a refund from them or Expedia for unused nights due to unlivable/unsatisfactory conditions.* *The La Quinta property was dirty, the room was nasty and reeked. There was a NO lighting that worked in the room except the bathroom. There were stains on the beds, floors, and walls. The property was old and unkept. The pool was chain locked shut, although it was advertised as having a great outdoor pool. The staff was of no help and, quite honestly, neither was Expedia. Received such a runaround and will never book with them again. It was advertised as 100% satisfaction guaranteed. They did not stand behind that. Good luck even getting ahold of Expedia. That was a process in itself.

The room had a very bad odor that smelled like Mold! The bathroom drainage was stopped up! While showering the water didn't drain out! Upon arrival I had to stand at the desk at least 20-30 minutes before the front desk worker came and assisted me she was very rude and didn't greet me at all,!!,I did report my room condition to front desk what was going on! I was told that I was going to be move to another room after n no one did move me

This was the most run down motel I have ever stayed at. The room was very dirty, there was a layer of dirt and dust on all the light fixtures. The sink was completely stopped up, the night staff did nothing to fix of accommodate the issue. Was supposed to be there for two nights, but it was so bad, we checked out a day early.

Please, don’t ever select this property. I don’t really understand why La Quinta offer these kind of motel properties. The website description about rooms, amenities are totally wrong. They don’t have clean beds, rest rooms and outside areas and EV chargers. The staff were asking me to leave the property if I don’t line it. Also they did not offer any help with the satisfaction with the hotel. It is not a hotel, it is a motel with dirty.

Deplorable! Checked in to our room. Explosive diarrhea and vomit all over the toilet and bed left half made and / or slept in. Building is severely dilapidated, looks more like a place to do drugs and pick up a STD. I took my family to another hotel and requester a refund. I was denied from the hotel management through the booking company Expedia. I pre-booked and prepaid in good faith in expectation of a clean room. Shame on the management for completely failing on their end and making me pay for it!

When booked a (3) night stay from 5/23/25 - 5/26/25. We traveled from Texas for a family wedding. We arrived late, checking in around 12:00am. First room had a strong odor urine, so we asked for another room. The second room had a stench that we could not pinpoint, dirty carpet, stained in multiple areas, dirty torn bedding and sheets with bugs, and tub that clogged whether trying to shower or bathe. We slept in our clothes in top of the beds because it was so late and we had been on the rode all day but we checked out the very next morning and had to rebook our stay at a different hotel. We are seeking refund for the (2) nights we did not stay there. I would never recommend this location for a stay regardless of the length of time.

This location is HORRIBLE!!!! The worst experience that I’ve had. Was which to two rooms. 1st room the door would not lock once I tried to leave, the television didn’t work. The bathroom was dirty. Ok the second room, television still didn’t work, the toilet wouldn’t flush. The restroom was still dirty. There was bugs running throughout the room & there was dead bugs on the floor. This was the most horrific experience I’ve had in all my time of visiting New Orleans. The staff at the front desk was so nice. I know & understand that it wasn’t their fault. But as for booking with them or through Expedia!! It will be a no + plus. I absolutely didn’t not appreciate this reservation. I’m still itching, I checked out early Sunday morning. They truly make it look & sound good, but the reality is, this hotel is TRASH!!!!!!!!!

What an awful experience! We booked/paid for a suite and arrived to be told that their suites were being renovated. They didn't have any. We were told that we would be given a regular room. The regular room was definitely older. The bathroom was moldy. The closet door was hanging by wooden shards and would fall off when the door was opened. To top it off, they wouldn't even refund us the difference between the suite price and the regular room!

Door did not lock properly, tv did not change channels, no sink stopper, only one bath towel, no shampoo Employees helped to a degree but weren’t really empathetic.
