"property was nice, room was great. My problem was with the check-in "person". Since I could not tell if it was male or female I'll call it a person. "it" was not as friendly and happy as every other hotel I've stayed at. After I got there and checked in I was informed that they now charge $10 a day for me to park my car? Never again. I got up early and wanted some coffee, NO COFFEE other than if I wanted to buy some of that Starbucks crap. Had to walk down to McDonalds to get my coffee. I...

"It was a very spacious and comfortable room. The recliner was nice. It had several areas with mirrors which was helpful to get ready. Bed was comfortable. We couldn’t get the air to get cooler but opening a 2nd floor window a couple inches in 60° weather did the trick. Hotel was located in close vicinity to St. Louis and St. Charles for sightseeing. We would stay here again."

"This property was awful. I was in town for a 5 night stay for a funeral and had no other place to stay. The a/c never worked, I had to go buy my own fan. The towels were gray looking from set in dirt stains so I had to buy my own towels. The hotel staff was too worried about socializing with the live in residents to even take me seriously when I went to the office. There were full size sheets on the queen size bed so the sheets came off every time you played down and I ended up sleeping on my...

"Everything was dirt discussing we only stayed one day instead of the 2 day he said he would return our money and he has not do so "

"The continental breakfast was ok. The potatoes were hard and eggs were cold. No protein. There was a soccer tournament and National league going on so there was multiple families already there. Then the hotel had a prom like event that ranged from young to older adults that mad being in the lobby unbearable with that crowd over filling into lobby and the large police presence (because of the event). The bar and dinner is served in the lobby so there was no room. "

"Everything in the hotel looked old but clean. My room had a funny smell to it as if it was formerly a smoking room. The bed was comfortable, though, and I slept very well, which is what I really cared about. The staff was friendly. "

"The whole hotel flat out smells. Kind of smells like mold to be honest and it’s very strong. Plus they charge a $50 security deposit that I’m still waiting to get back. Given the state of this hotel it’s just insulting to charge that. "
