"Our room and the entire hotel were very clean. All staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Pool wasn’t too cold and hot tub was great. The 530 kickback with free drinks was a compliment to our stay. Parking garage was also nice and clean. Only two minor complaints was the shower head leaked a bit so the pressure wasn’t great (we just dealt with it, wasn’t a super big deal) and I wish they had some gluten free pastry options with breakfast. Otherwise we were extremely happy with our stay in the two room suite. Beds were comfy as well. "

"Property seemed dated, paint and wall paper peeling. Room was clean and quiet. Overall good place to sleep, which was all we needed."

"Walls were grimy and bedding was stained. Front desk had 4 couples to check in and he was alone at 3pm on a Saturday.. which is crazy because they were sold out and 3pm is check-in time?! He was talking through the walkie to other staff and taking incoming calls while people were all waiting to check-in. Our TV didn’t work & he had to come up to our room to fix it. Fridge, dresser, table and nightstand were all mismatched and really worn, and our door didn’t latch shut unless you slammed it hard. Breakfast didn’t start until 7am so I didn’t get to eat before we left to drive another 10 hours to our destination (and every other hotel I’ve ever stayed at, breakfast starts at 6am)."

"This was basically a homeless camp. Strong smell of weed everywhere. Not safe."

"Main door was jammed and other entrance remained propped open not the best secure feeling when you have children. The door for our room had to be pulled up on just to latch, the oull out bed had crumbs and who knows what else in it. The kitchen counter was fallin apart food was splattered on the wall. I mean really the list goes on. "
