"We stayed here for a tournament and I requested early check in to drop off our stuff before being on the field for 7 hours. You can’t get a regular desk clerk on the phone. They just transfer you to international call center. The desk wasn’t helpful when we arrived. They did text us room was ready an hour before check in but it was too late by then. "We were traveling and didnt check in until almost 11 pm. The hotel charged our card 269.79 for a 308 stay before we got there. Upon arrival they tried to charge us another 305 plus 100 dollar refundable deposit. They claim the 269.79 was a fee. No where on their website does it state there are extra fees for late check in. "My reservation was for 7days. My room was never cleaned since we got there. It was dirty and the seven days that I was there the room was never cleaned. Garbage was never taken out. I would call front desk every day to have them come clean my room they would say that they would try to get to it, but it was never clean.
