This was by far the best stay I’ve had in New Haven the apartment was very clean had everything I needed to cook the bed was fabulous had the best sleep not to mention I got to watch the sunset laying down in the bed it was the highlife of my stay loved it I’ve never in my life got to experience laying down in the bed watching the sunset it was great and I’ve been around the world stayed at some great places but never that 💓💓 I will be booking another stay here very soon and the host was so helpful with everything and answered me very promptly thank you again for the great stay

My husband and I both loved this property and it’s convenient location; so much that we even discussed purchasing one of the apartments as a condo! We ran a bit over checkout and the property manager was very communicative and accommodating. A wonderfully quaint, quiet, and walkable location with great food options in close proximity to prominent institutions. Definitely will stay again.

I don’t know how anyone can give this property less than 5 stars. The management company was extremely responsive and helpful. The building and apartment were immaculate. The place has everything: free parking, large gym, movie theater, golf simulator, and even a duckpin bowling alley! If I was childless and moving to New Haven, I’d consider a unit in this building.

The apartment was very clean, well maintained and beautiful decor. The golf simulator was much enjoyed by my son. It's close to the train station, but more of a 20 minute walk to the center of Yale. If you are looking for space and comfort, this is a great place, but just not as close to Yale as other options (though close to Yale medical school).

Place wasn’t available until after check in time which was very disappointing I had requested early check in and they never called me back as they said they would ! The place wasn’t clean as it should be the first 2 times I rented here was great besides the space had no pots and pans but this time by far was the worst
