"The room I stayed in clearly needed some maintenance. The heater had broken down, the lamp was flickering, the bathroom had ran out of shampoo, and the telephone to talk to the front desk was not working. "

"The location is great. The room was clean and quiet. The WiFi was not so great and didn’t work well and would shut off. The spa really is just a steam room. The pool is more so to exercise rather than to relax. There are no loungers to put your feet up and the pool water is very cold. Wish there was a jacuzzi but seems to be a rare amenity to find in Boston. "

"The Encore is a very good choice for the Boston area. Travelling with adult children and my husband, proved to be a great getaway for us for March break. Rooms are very large, clean with a very sizeable bathroom. Only complaint would be the double beds. Wouldn’t been awesome to have an indoor pool, as Bostons weather makes it very limited timing to enjoy an outdoor pool. "
