"I took a red eye to New Brunswick. It just worked out that way. I arrived at the Heldrich Hotel at about 8:30am, hoping to at least check my luggage so I could walk about or do something until it was the official check-in time. Instead, the woman at the front desk said "let's see what we can do for you" and just like that, I was given a key to my room before 9am.
