"here were a few issues. There was no elevator, which is hard on an old person like me. The two USB plugs on the cube on the desk didn't work. It was impossible to plug anything in on the night tables because the desk was too close to the wall, and there were no free wall plugs. Finally, the shower floor was very slick and there was no grab bar. WE had to put a towel down. Now the good part. The bed and beddings were heavenly. They wrapped around you like a soft cloud.
