Good location overlooking the town of Goreme. Note the location is above town so walking up a steep hill is required when staying here. Staff was excellent, rooms were clean. Shower water pressure was amazing. All and all a good location, reasonably priced and includes a decent breakfast.

This is an incredible hotel with amazing views of the hot air balloons in the morning. The hotel rooms are in caves and there are sitting areas everywhere. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend staying at this hotel.

Fabulous location with a lovely view over Goreme and perfect for watching the hot air balloons. The hotel was clean and comfortable with unique and spacious rooms. The staff were pleasant and friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The Seten roof top restaurant served the most delicious meals in a perfect setting. Would happily recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in the area.

Sultan Cave Suites was absolutely beautiful with excellent staff helping you with anything you need. The hotel is clean, well situated, and beautifully maintenance and very spacious. The restaurants offer delicious Micheline star Turkish cuisine restaurants. Gorgeous views from every part of the hotel. Definitely a must!

The property, roof top bar areas and buffet breakfast were very nice as was the dinner menu. The staff is very efficient and helpful. The location was great and offers a beautiful view. What we didn’t like was the bed’s mattress was very hard which made it difficult to get a good nights sleep. The room could use more lighting and closet space.

The property was perfect! The location to downtown made multiple trips doable (they can’t help the hills). This was my first trip / second trip for my sister and brother in law. We stayed in room 210, which was a fairy chimney room. The beds for three adults met our needs. We loved the rooftop lounge and the breakfast was top notch. The staff was accommodating and made booking our airport transfers do easy, as well as our last minute decision to book the Rec Tour. Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay! The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the hotel terrace offers the best view for watching the sunrise hot air balloons. The food was a highlight—Michelin-quality breakfast and atmospheric dinners that were more affordable than local street restaurants. I’ll definitely be back!

Pros: Amazing premises, location, view from terraces and restaurant Cons: Bed/pillows were hard and room was a little dusty The view of the area and the balloons from the multiple terraces are the best, specially the one by the bar. We took the hot air balloon ride the day after we arrived to make sure. The weather has to be perfect for the balloons to operate. There are a lot of steps but it’s part of the charm.
