Loved our stay at Sah Saray Cave Suites. Staying in the cave rooms was a unique experience and very comfortable. All the staff are very friendly, welcoming and hospitable. The Manager actively engaged with guests daily and nothing is too much trouble. Would 100% recomend staying here.

Brilliant!

From the moment we saw and entered the hotel we knew it was going to be a lovely stay. The staff were amazing, especially Orhan in the restaurant which had spectacular views. We stayed in a deluxe room with a spa. Very spacious and clean. Hotel is located away from noise but yet just a stroll away from the main area of Goreme. We stayed in the family cave room, nice and clean. Location is around 5 mins walk to the center area. Staff are super nice and helpful. They try every way to help us. Thank you. The view from rooftop is nice and can have an overview of the hot air ballon in the early morning. Thank you.

Excellent location. Quiet but still walkable to restaurants, though we are most of our meals in the little onsite restaurant. Walked to Open Air Museum and Rocket hike. If you have mobility issues nite that the driveway is steep.The service end-to-end was top notch. Comfortable beds. Heated floors. So much extra pampering.

Wonderful staff

The nicest staff and the hotel is very nice as well. Unfortunately the balloons didn’t fly while we were there but a guide told us it was one of the best view points for seeing them. The hotel doesn’t serve or allow alcohol and there is a dress code. That’s the Halal part. Wasn’t an issue for us but was a little surprised since I haven’t experienced a halal hotel before.

If you're ok with their Muslim Halal tourism rules then it's a great small hotel . Property is clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful. We only had 1 meal there in the morning & it was very delicious. Every morning there are 3 breakfast options. We ate at other restaurants for other meals and it's very walkable to all other restaurants in town. One of the most will known restaurants in town, the Setan restaurant is literally 50 meter from the hotel Also when we had issues with our hot balloon company cancelling on us at the last minute with ridiculous reasons like severe weather condition , the hotel staff called various balloon companies to help us booking another one.

Wonderful Cave Hotel and Mr. Mehmet!!!

I would Like to say My special Thank you to Mr Mehmet at the reception desk. He is truly wonderful, helpful and attentive :) upon our check out on November 2, 2024 at 9am, Mr. Mehmet went beyond to Help us with the changes of our trip schedule (airline , hotel and car rental). He was so helpful and kind, Really hospitable to the guests. Mr. Mehmet is truly a gem at this hotel! We have been to a lot of 5 star hotels and the service he gave US Will be remembered forever. Thank you for your Help and for making our trip memorable and smooth. Amazing hot Air balloon view every morning at this hotel. Breakfast was good as well. Please book hot Air balloon at this hotel as you Will not regret it! I was hesitant at first but The company they booked for US was amazing! The balloon went under/below the cave and we even touched the leaves/tree. It went over to a lot of areas as well. Most of the balloons were just at one area.
