"The setting is glorious, nestled in the woods on a lake. The staff was friendly and eager to please. Understaffed in the restaurant. Had to wait quite a while each morning for breakfast items to be replenished. The poor employee was doing as much as she could on her own. No WiFi in the basement where the gym is, so couldn’t use my Peloton app to work out with the hotel’s gym equipment. "El hotel es hermoso. Habitación moderna y cómodisima con jacuzzi para 2 personas funcionando perfectamente. Vistas hermosas al bosque. La piscina con una temperatura perfecta caliente súper disfrutable. Desayuno justo. Volveríamos sin dudarlo. Tienen algunos muy pequeños detalles a corregir de mantenimiento: alguna cortina rota, extractores de baño no funcionaban, TV con mala señal y alguna luz quemada. "

"Awesome place for vacation, the hotel is super cozy and clean, very well maintained. The tour agency is also super convenient and offered different services around the area. The breakfast was delicious and staff were very welcoming. Gimena was lovely with us and helped us a lot during our stay recommending some good places in town. Overall 10/10 and would definitely come back!"

"The staff here are outstanding. We arrived during heavy rain and had booked a glamping room which is not connected to the main hotel. We were offered a chance to stay inside the hotel if we preferred, at the same price. We were shown both rooms before we made a decision, and we chose to stay in the glamping cabin after all (because it was SO cute!). There was a bit of leaking from the windows, and was a bit chillier in parts (the bathroom was cold!), and the alignment on the doors was a bit off,...
