"Nice hotel, literally in the center of it all (think of Times Square busy) it can be a bit much. Cars also can only drop you off at the corner so be prepared to carry your luggage through those crowds for a block. The hotel was very nice, however I didn’t feel as safe there. Reason being is that because it’s so central anyone can walk in. I went to the bathroom in the lobby and found a man looking in the stall while his wife used the restroom, I asked him to leave and he said “his wife felt sick”. I didn’t feel comfortable so I waited outside and told a front desk member. The front desk team member asked went to the bathroom and spoke to them and turns out they weren’t event guests at the hotel they just needed a bathroom. Why are we allowing anyone who walks in a bathroom key??? With everything going on in Europe right now, guests should feel safe especially since this hotel is a bit pricey."
