"I booked this room for my friends wedding anniversary. They had no water in the room until 9pm and then it was only cold water. They were not able to use the jacuzzi tub and took a cold shower. They spoke with several staff members and were just offered excuses. I then reached out as well. They did nothing to make up for this. They didn’t even return my communications."

"We booked our stay here taking into consideration breakfast and an indoor pool. We were disappointed to find the breakfast lacking in protein options. Really the only offer was hard cooked eggs. While they are a good source of protein, they are not liked by all. We were there during the week so no bacon, etc like they serve on the weekends. All in all, too much sugar and carbs in what was offered. As for the pool, it was not heated due to a mechanical issue. We understand that these things happen. However this was part of our criteria for choosing this location. We were disappointed. The staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Not sure that we will ever stay there again, but it’s always a possibility."

"This property has amazing views, beach front and this was what made it ok. What they omitted to let us know is the restaurant, bar, and vending machines are not working and they have no plan of having them functioning soon. There was a sign on the door to the office letting us know this. The staff was not friendly or helpful. No water in the lobby if you forgot yours. "

"Parking was safe and easy. The staff was amazing. Breakfast was hot. Close to everything the beach, the grocery store Mexican restaurant next-door.!"

"We enjoyed staying here as we have two times before. The rooms, the views, and the pool, sauna and hot tub are very nice. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and they have some nice touches like putting out fresh baked chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon around check in time. They used to have a happy hour from the desk and give a complimentary afternoon short wine pour that you could take out to the firepits, but that is no longer offered. We have enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the past but this time it disappointed. The breakfast was the exact same everyday. Microwave sausages, crockpot of white sausage gravy with the same sausages, powdered eggs, cubed potatoes and waffles. By day 3 of 4 they put out a bowl of cut melon, that was the only fruit we ever saw. Would have appreciated more fruits or anything with fiber or protein. I resorted to Raisin Bran the 3rd day and we didn’t eat the breakfast on our last day, I couldn’t do it anymore. We will still recommend this location but wish they would bring back some of the special touches that made this a great getaway. "
