"Staff were amazing. Front desk staff were friendly and informative regardless of my inability to speak Italian. All the service staff at the pool restaurant/bar were great. Bellmen and shuttle drivers friendly as well. Hotel is older and it shows, but the staff do an amazing job and keeping this a 4 star. Location is absolutely amazing. Beautiful view. Pool is a godsend in the summer heat. Shuttle service is the most convenient thing possible. Allows easy access to Capri and then take the ‘fun’ bus ride to Anacapri. Breakfast could have been better (especially warmer), but the variety and freshness of the fruit saved the meal. Overall this resort is a great choice. Tad dated, but staff, view and shuttle service make it well worth it."

"Very friendly and helpful staff left me beautiful flowers and a lovely note. Pool was a godsend as was very hot. Be prepared to do lots of walking up and down steps but worth it. Food was great, room was clean. Had a wonderful time. X"

"Great location, near a harbour on the seafront and brilliant views over the bay from the rooftop bar area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Be aware that the roof top pool area has to be booked in 2hour time slots ( not clear on the Expedia website) and on day one of our stay we couldn’t get a slot at all. In fairness we had slots for the next 2 days and the pool area was well worth a visit. Air con in the hotel and our room was also not very powerful, which I have seen commented on by other reviews. Overall though would recommend and would stay again."

"We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. It is beautifully decorated, extremely clean and the staff is so attentive and helpful. The food and drinks are absolutely delicious. My husband and and I really enjoyed our stay. This hotel will remain at the top of our list."

"Excellent hotel, located steps from center of everything, rooftop inviting bar with scenic views, multiple pools at different levels, breakfast was plentiful, comfortable bed with spacious bathroom. Very friendly staff, this hotel is as it should be!!!"
