"Brand new hotel, extremely well prepared, immaculately decorated and equipped. Staff outstandingly courteous and helpful. Location fine, just a five minute walk from old city centre. If I am to be picky, water machine would be better placed mid corridor not at one end and we would prefer 2 chairs in room rather than 2 stools. We would definitely rate it excellent and will stay again"

"Centrally located in the old town with everything within walking distance. The room and bed were comfortable. The shower and great pressure and a lot of hot water. The hotel has a lift for the convenience of guests. The staff were very helpful. Overall, an excellent place to stay with great value for money."

"The breakfast was pretty good but some mornings stuff was missing depending what time you got there and was never replenished. My biggest disappointment was I left an expensive phone charger in the room and contacted them about this on two separate occasions and both have been ignored. Very poor customer follow up."

"Located on the pedestrian part of beautiful main town Gdansk, Hotel Holland has everything that Gdansk has to offer on its doorstep. The room was spotless and spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Only thing to note, it’s an older hotel and all floors and stairway have wooden floors so sound can travel. "Lovely clean room & excellent location. Very quiet so good for sleeping. A fridge would have been nice & they were stingy with the coffee . Plus there wasn’t a proper shower however bath was excellent & overlooked St Mary’s church so had a lovely view whilst bathing. Comfy beds & would overall recommend a stay here."
