"Very disappointing stay overall. The hotel looks completely different in person than it does in the pictures online. From the outside it seems acceptable, but inside the property felt extremely old, poorly maintained, and neglected. There were damaged walls, ceilings in bad condition, carpet coming loose in several areas creating a tripping hazard, and a strong unpleasant smell in the pool area that was very difficult to tolerate. "We had a horrible experience. The first room were given had a horrible wet mold smell and a filthy bathroom. We were placed in between about 5 rooms under construction, so there was a lot of noise until about 5:30 PM. Mold and rust all over the shower. When I tested the water, the spicket flew off of the wall and hurt my shin. When I went to the front desk, they apologized and gave me another room. No comps offered or anything. Far enough off the main strip that its quiet at night but close enough to the strip that you can go get food ( about a three or four minute drive ) . "This place was easy find, right off the highway. Check in process was a breeze. Staff was very accommodating. My boyfriend bought a few beers from the desk. Rooms were clean. We were going to a concert at Mohegan sun. 15 minute drive to the casino. I did not eat breakfast because I was hungry over, but my boyfriend, brother and SIL did My boyfriendvl said it was good He had sausage, homefries and eggs. Good price for a clean hotel Will stay here again if in town."

"We had a wonderful stay at Eileen of Mystic. The place is absolutely beautiful, with tasteful paintings and decor. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and inviting. Josh and Erin were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was truly unique and delicious, a highlight of our stay. Overall, the experience felt just like being at home.
