"Nice boutique hotel outside the hustle and bustle of the central district. Easy to and from airport and private car can be arranged. Very courteous and pleasant staff. Especially high marks for Menuka at the front desk who was extremely helpful and accommodating. Several food options available within the property itself including a French restaurant and next door great coffee and lunch at Cafe Himalaya Rooms were wel appointed with balconies. Hotel is filled with many artificers and artwork from the Maharaja era. Very cool. Room rates were also quite reasonable and daily breakfast was included. Also, had drinks at the K2 lounge, which were well crafted. "

" Very enjoyable 8 day stay here. Nice room with comfortable bed and good clean bathroom with excellent hot shower. Friendly helpful guys on reception. Good location on edge of Thamel district. I would recommend availing of their airport pick-up service as the hotel is not easy to find on the first visit and not signposted from the road. "

"Very well maintained property. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Only issue was at check-in. I had reserved a room for a half day as my flight left in the evening. I had my text message from the hotel stating it would be $50 extra which I agreed to. Lady at the desk had to see the text. Take a screen shot and make a phone call to get approval. Rest of the stay was fine."

"Well located on the edge of Thamel, the tourist area. Down a lane beside the famous Garden of Dreams and the Tibetan Restaurant Garden of Joy. Quiet. Easy access to and from the airport. Handsome, young, attentive staff. Pleasant open downstairs area with small restaurant and bar. No elevator but low rise. I enjoyed my stay of 8 nights."
