"Check in was easy enough.. no staff, just the use of QR codes which I'm not a big fan of. The building itself looked closed. There weren't any other cars and the building is dark, the glass doors are dark... just need some color to make it look more inviting. The room was nice and spacious and needs were comfy. We tried to extend our check out and our stay, but couldn't get a hold of any staff to make that possible. The picnic area was right by the river sic was very scenic and peaceful. "

"We had a really nice stay at Ponderosa Lodge. The room was dated but very clean and cozy. Communication was very good through Expedia. The view and river from the room was absolutely beautiful. I would stay there again definitely!"

Streamside on Fall River

"Streamside on Fall River is located very close to the entrance of RMNP as well as the town of Estes Park. The cabin we had was very clean, had enough dishes etc to make a simple meal during a huge spring snowstorm. The fireplace kept us cozy while watching the snow fall and accumulate! There were enough outlets for charging our devices, a new tv and very good wi-fi.
My only concern was with the pillows. I’m a soft pillow lover, and the pillows on the bed were firm memory foam. We did find 2 softer pillows but I gave those to my husband, as I usually travel with my own pillow. So, take your own pillow if you aren’t a fan of memory foam. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!"
