Son muy amables, serviciales, atentos, queridos, el lugar es muy tranquilo pero hay algo que nos inquietó y es que tienen unos perros rotweiller amarrados y son condiciones podrían ser mejores, es un lunar a la vista que no es muy agradable. "The apartment was not well cleaned because of its high volume of previous use and was poorly maintained. We helped the owner out by staying home for two half days for the WiFi technician to come by and conduct repairs, once the repair's were done the WiFi signal was very poor at best with frequent disconnects.. We decided to leave there one day early from our scheduled departure date."

"This is not such paradise. Don't be deceived by the owner who misrepresents this place in the description and photos. For example, the owner doesn't disclose that this place lacks proper restrooms, and that it's next to one of the most polluted areas in Colombia -because of the brick's industries next to the property that pollute the air all day and night :( On top of that, the owner double-booked our room and we ended-up with no hotel."

"Our stay at the Hotel was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The entire staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel welcome and well-cared for throughout our visit. The location is a major plus. It's conveniently close to the airport, which made our arrival and departure a breeze, and the neighborhood felt very safe. We were also thrilled to find that it's just a short trip to the city center, which gave us the perfect balance of peace and accessibility. Getting around was so easy. Taxis and Ubers were readily available within minutes, allowing us to explore the area without any hassle. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and friendly place to stay."
