"I had an enjoyable stay at Hotel Essentia. The staff and security guards were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, making sure our room was clean and that we always had fresh sheets and towels. The breakfast on our first morning was excellent, but on the following days some of the dishes were a bit too salty for our taste. Aside from that, the overall experience was very good. I would definitely consider staying here again and appreciate the excellent service provided by the staff."

"First-class from the moment you arrive Seda Capitol Central is something special. Spacious, spotless rooms with everything you need, and service that sets the bar — from check-in to checkout, the staff were there every step, attentive without being intrusive. You barely touch a door; they anticipate what you need before you ask. The highlight was the rooftop open-air dining. Great food, and a view over Bacolod that turns a meal into a memory. It’s the kind of setting you slow down for. If you want a hotel in Bacolod that delivers genuine first-class service and gets every detail right, this is the one. An easy recommendation, and a place I’d return to without hesitation."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel twice—once for a week in January 2025 and again for 10 days this year—and both experiences were excellent. One of the things I love most is its convenient location. It’s close to shopping malls, restaurants, and other attractions, making it easy to get around while still enjoying a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet is one of the highlights, with a great variety of delicious options each morning. I also love spending time at the pool and bar area—it’s the perfect place to relax after a day out, and they serve some really delicious drinks. What truly makes this hotel stand out is the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Their exceptional customer service made me feel valued throughout both stays. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit"

"Friendly stuff enjoyed my stay for the price. It’s reasonable, large, clean restroom, smiling faces every day in the front lobby and secured by a gate. The room can be a bit noisy but like I said for the price it’s worth it and if you don’t mind or you’re a heavy sleeper than this will be a great choice walking distance from the mall to the government center and one block from the hospital for emergencies"
