The casino is not open until November. The spa was great but expensive. We accidentally upgraded to platinum with butlers. You can rake or leave the butlers probably. Clean spectacular decor,resort and food. Mediocre sand and ocean compared to 7 mile or Trewelany both I've been to previously

Hotel Riu Negril - All Inclusive
Riu Negril was excellent. Go to see Frank at the 24 hour sports bar. Tell Whitney she’s amazing. Go down to the blue tents and see Don Fresh. Super cool people.

Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa All Inclusive
Room and amenities were great. The staff was the best, their customer friendly. The only problem we had was the room and the security pass to the room wasn’t working and they were rude when we needed assistance for that part. But the overall experience was amazing.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort & Spa All Inclusive
Staff were cheerful but unfortunately, from our arrival they choose to downgrade our suite to garden side without informing upfront. In addition that suite was nearby a sewer collection point with a leaky broken lid seal. Rushing water and foul smells endured throughout stay.

Overall the property was great! Beach is amazing and staff was very friendly. Food was very good as far as all inclusives go. Getting reservations for the restaurants is difficult and the process to book for more than 2 people a little wonky. Be prepared to be frustrated there but not a deal breaker ...
