We at Roots Bamboo Beach Resort are fully aware of the situation at hand. the initial reservation had a kitchen and at the date of arrival there was no available kitchenette. A provision of a standard room was given which goes at a rate of 72.28 usd per night. In taking full responsibility on caring for the inconvenience we extended our compensation options. There was another reservation for you in a few days for which we agreed to discount and provide other complements, the room provided consisted of all amenities. we are indeed grateful for your consideration of staying with us and we wish for future returns as we do provide value for money. just to note the reservation rate of 158 is CAD not Usd. We thank you again for your review as we provide a comfortable atmosphere for all.

We welcome your feedback as we strive to improve service and facility. As you stated we do go above and beyond the call to accommodate our guests. Housekeeping may be busy for a day depending on several factors however we are happy you had a good stay and we look forward to hosting you again.

Our property does provide security and to a further extent video surveillance, our guards are both uniformed an uninformed. its our priority to keep all safe and give our best service, we weren't made aware of any other issue you had regarding our property or personnel. we would love your insights on how we could make things right based on your review.

We truly appreciate your feedback and we want to acknowledge your concerns outlined about the seaweed. As you would have said, we do do take time in providing a very clean environment. With the reoccurrence of high pollution of the shores by our aquatic friend (seaweed) we are oftentimes taken up by days to properly rid our area of such. We do seek to provide a welcoming and clean atmosphere and we bear your comfort in mind. Thanks for making it Roots Bamboo, your home away from home.
