Staying in Cozy Coco was a great decision! Zenie is a wonderful host who is present and attentive to all your needs. She is a sweet woman who makes sure you come back to a clean hotel room after a long day of adventuring throughout beautiful Jamaica! The cleanliness of the property and the service she provides is beyond words. Thank you Zenie for taking care of us like we were your family. We can't wait to come back to visit and stay in the beautiful Cozy Coco cottages!

This guest house was great. I highly recommend this to friends and family. The owner is awesome and the house maid is great. Clean and spacious rooms. All the amenities you need to enjoy your vacation. The area has many restaurants and shops.

The room was cozy. The staff was very nice. We had the full kitchen which had everything you could possibly need. Cooking for yourself can save a lot of dollars in Negril.

No record of our booking upon arrival, even though we had Expedia confirmation in hand. Told we would have to find alternate accomodation regardless of our paid in full Expedia booking confirmation. Shocked and confused, in a foreign country and without resources to find and pay another similar accommodation. Unbelievable. After much back and forth between Cozy Coco and Expedia, were given a room at a resort, but off 7 mile beach (where vacation was intended), and without kitchen amenities that we booked, so were faced with the additional cost of eating out daily which was not in our budget. Eventually found a place on our own with kitchen across from 7 mile, but then had to get reimbursed so we could pay for it. Very frustrating experience, and wasted 3 days of our 2wk vacation trying to resolve the situation. Other than that, Cozy Coco cottages were lovely, clean and everything we had wanted for our holiday. Unfortunately, older owner is not proficient with online business, so be careful.
