The facilities in the hotel itself are beautiful however the staff is very rude and not helpful the air condition did not work in most of the places we were and did not work efficiently in our rooms as well which was very hot over 40 degrees Celsius when we stayed. The food at the hotel was mediocre with a touch of luxury but nothing compared to the uncomfortable beds and hard like rock pillows.
