"Apparently housekeeping is not included in the amenities. Upon returning to my room in the afternoon beds were not made towels were not replaced and there are no wash clothes. When I inquired with front desk they informed me that “room service” ie housekeeping, needs to be requested and is not included in the stay. The breakfast was adequate. "One night stay to help break up the drive down south. Room was big. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable and there were no blankets for it. Luckily, we brought a couple fleece blankets from home, so our son had them. Pool was good. Hot tub was way too hot and the knob to turn on bubbles was broken. Breakfast was good, large variety and later hours were nice. Free WiFi that worked and free parking were both great! Love the Noon checkout!"
