"Rooms were clean. Spa was amazing, the check-in/ checkout process was very easy. I also availed the car service which was good and reliable. The breakfast spread was excellent. And to top it off the hospitality of the staff from the check in to check out made it worth the stay. I will recommend it for sure. I discovered this gem because Leela was sold out and now this is going to be my favorite place to stay in Delhi. "

"The property is absolutely stunning, really well looked after and you can tell a lot of effort is made to maintain this.
Location is good, and easy to walk or get taxi pick ups.
Staff generally went great though. We requested an additional bed, that I confirm in email twice before our 3am arrive, however this wasnt ready when we checked in (not great when we had been travelling all day and just wanted to get straight to bed).
Check in also took over 20 minutes, which considering we checked...

"It was slightly below the bare minimum for one night in Delhi. The neighbourhood is very dirty, and the window wasn’t sealed properly, so it was very dusty first thing in the morning. The hot water didn’t work properly, although it was still warm enough to use. The towels smelled dusty. The floor and the room overall were clean. There was no elevator, so I had to carry my luggage up two floors, but it wasn’t too bad since I was traveling with only hand luggage. The staff was very polite. "

"Beautiful grand lobby, great dining options, modern spacious rooms but very noisy at night due to club music next door. The pool is dirty due to pigeons and some of amenities remain under construction. Breakfast staff very attentive, delicious south indian cuisine and breakfast manager took extra care to ensure we had everything we needed. Front desk manager and housekeeping manager also very attentive to ensure we had a lovely stay. "
