Room was not the cleanest (spray from something in the ceiling) the grotto was closed along with the beach bar and we got no discounts on our stay even though that info was not posted or give. We did have a room with a beach view and the view was beautiful. Wifi signal was so weak, it did not work in our room on the 6th floor, nor at the pool, just outside the building.
