"Staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. That made all the difference for us since we were commuting to/from Mayo Clinic. The free breakfast was decent, but lacked variety, wearing thin during our 1 week stay. Trash was not emptied nearly often enough from the small bins near the elevators. Also the outlets seemed to be nonstandard. It was hard to get a standard hair dryer to stay plugged in due to this issue. Parking onsite was OK, buy maneuvering in the tight spaces was dicey at times. It...

"Quick one night stay, enjoyed the social hour and bingo with Mike, he was a highlight. Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfy. Biggest cons were how expensive onsite parking was, ugh $20 and limited breakfast items."

"We were there for the mayo for 5 days. The room was very clean and bed was comfy. It was like a mini apartment with a full size fridge, kitchenette with all the utensils, couch, and desk We had no issues with any equipment. no ovens if you are thinking pizzas. The bath and shower was roomy. 4 grocery stores close by for meal and snack planning. 3 restraunts within walking. I would stay again and recommend to others."

"We were very pleased with our stay during Graduation Weekend. The hotel was conveniently located close to our family, and it was an easy walk to the Civic Center in Rochester. We appreciated the variety of nearby restaurants and found the parking fee to be quite reasonable. Overall, it was a great experience and a perfect location for our visit."

"The elevator made a concerning sound. The handicap bar is in an inconvenient spot in the shower. The shower head needs to be replaced The room is very nice and spacious. Staff is very nice and helpful. The free coffee made my day!"

"We have stayed at Broadway Plaza multiple times. It is our go-to property. It is quiet, clean and provides easy access to the Mayo Clinic and downtown restaurants and services. The staff is always courteous and efficient offering any services or items we may need. Our stays here have always been enjoyable."

"Breakfast was subpar. No waffle mix, milk for cereal and pancake grill didn’t even work. Hallway was musty. Location was great for access to Mayo and a walking trail close by."
