Staff was uncooperative even while advising good restaurants. Very slow. Staff had lot of difficulty in understanding English"

"We loved our stay. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast delicious, and the staff members were super helpful. The location was amazing—right by the cathedral. The only suggestion I could make would be to have at least one English speaking tv news channel available. I don’t go on vacation to watch English news and my French isn’t bad so of course it wasn’t a big deal, but in such a tourist spot it surprised me. It would’ve been nice when we were riding out the heat wave and talking a break from...
