"I had some booking issues all of which were my own mistakes, after arriving in the early hours the Alwadi team could not do enough to support me, amazing customer service. The hotel is luxury from top to bottom, as a frequent global traveler I highly recommend this hotel! I will be back"

But the cost of the stay may not reflect the reduction in facilities and the calibre of the dinner menu, which was ok but not to the level I’d expect from Ritz Carlton."

"I was staying at the hotel during Ramadan, so lunch wasn’t available at the hotel. I ordered a cheeseburger through room service that cost about $15 USD, but it didn’t have any cheese at all, and the beef patty was so overcooked that it was burnt. I ate about half of it, but it was so bitter that I ended up throwing the rest away."
