"Staff was excellent and helpful! My family and I enjoyed the Toast during breakfast. We had a late flight out so they let us keep our luggage so we can do some more last minute shopping and sight seeing before heading to the airport late afternoon."

My main complaint was the smell of the moldy air throughout the hotel — this is a struggle for many hotels in Taipei where it’s just very humid and it’s hard to keep things dry, especially heavy carpeting.
