"I had an 4am check out and I believe his name was Mr. Brian King. The front desk person was on lunch and Mr. King was manning the desk and helped me get out of the parking area and allowed me back to my room to get a jacket that i left in the closet. Don't believe that was his job but handled both situations with professionalism!"

"The air conditioner was great. The room was clean but had to request bath towels and hand towels. The TV was not working and that was very unacceptable for my spouse. We had requested a room on the first floor and it was not reserved for us. We are staying with this establishment in May 2026 and have requested a room on the first floor. Hopefully it was reserved. I will let you know in May 2026."

"Never saw staff other than check-in. Hall carpet on second floor was nasty. Had not been vacuumed and it looked like a trash bag was dropped & never cleaned up- dirty q-tips, bandaid, cotton balls, etc in front of our room & several others. Stains all over the sofa, and the sheets appeared to have been washed but were threadbare and stained. Outside of property was poorly maintained."

"Floor has now been cleaned, shower did not work, overflowing trash cans all over the place, trash built up outside doors. This is a hotel where men who come into town for the week and work in the oilfield stay so their work pots are all over the outside. I will say the mattress was comfortable but that’s it’s. This place is NOT worth the price. "

"No hot tub!!! it is a lie. I asked for the hot tub that I paid for and they told me no they changed me to three different rooms because the first two had blood all over the mattresses. Third one I was afraid to pull back the covers on the mattress because it was a lot cleaner, and I did not want to go through arguing with a man that would not cancel my reservation and said if I left, they would continue and still charge me the $250 so I decided to suck it up and stay Lil.
