Beautiful setting in the mountains. Room with private outdoor onsen bath was amazing. Kaiseki dinner included endless food dishes showcasing the local area. The staff were so attentive and helpful with everything.

This was a very relaxing place to stay. There are hiking routes around the area. Recommend taking a stroll in the nearby mountain town. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. Udon by the river, foot spas, all were amazing! Ask a local for directions on the Udon by the river. Quite the amazing experience.

Quite good

Hotel provides free drinks in the lobby with different choices. There are also various options of yukata to choose. The facilities in room are clean and good quality. However, the private onsen bath tub is quite small.

今回２回目の利用でした。前回友達5人で利用した時に良かったので、今回お正月休み最終日に夫婦でのんびりと過ごす目的で利用しましたが、夕食の対応が酷すぎでとてもがっかりした思いで帰って来ました。まずメインの生花が萎れていて、夕食も初めのお料理の後15分以上の間、土瓶蒸し風の料理も仕上がりすぐに食べましたがぬるくて美味しくなかったです。系列の草津温泉の方も利用したことがあって、とても気に入っていたお宿だけに残念でなりません。お食事のおもてなしについての改善策をお願いしたいです。

全体的には清潔でしたし、枕を選べる所や色々な飲物無料等サービスが嬉しかったです。お風呂は狭かったですが温度はちょうど良く芯まであたたまりました。朝食は珍味が多かった印象なので万人受けするようなメニューの方がいいのかなと思いました。夕食は美味しく頂きました。

7ヶ月の子供連れで初めて利用しました 食事処には赤ちゃん用のチェアーや食器類が設置されてました！夕食時はテーブルに固定するタイプの椅子で朝食時は椅子型の子ども椅子でした。 お陰でゆっくりご飯を食べることができました。 部屋のお風呂の中にはマットとかはないので赤ちゃんの体を洗ったりするのは膝の上とかになってちょっと苦労しましたが湯船は広いので子供も喜んでいました！部屋のトイレにはオムツ捨てのゴミ箱もありました！これには感動しましたね笑 それから無料のものがいっぱいで、夜鳴きラーメン(持ち帰り可能、部屋で食べれます)はもちろん、部屋の冷蔵庫に缶ビール2本、500のペットボトルのお茶2本が無料で飲めました！あとおかきの袋が1つ！至れり尽くせりのサービスには感動しました！ ただ部屋のお風呂は室内なのに虫が…てんとう虫ですが…虫嫌いには辛い…朝はリビングの窓にどこから入ってきたかカメムシが… 周りが山なので覚悟してましたが冬でも関係ないみたいです。 そこ意外はスタッフの方もホテルもサービスも最高でした！ ご飯もお腹いっぱい食べれますよ！ 子連れの方にもおすすめです！

待たされることが多かったです。特に旅館に入るカートに乗る前、夕食時、朝食時。荷物も一名分しか持ってくれず、重かったです。チェックアウト時のお会計金額も大きく相違がありました。
