"It was sad that they didn’t serve free breakfast. As well to check door system prior arrival. I was out my room at least 2 hours because the system in the door, batteries were low and we were unable to open the door and they had to wait for somebody to see to open the door."

"The Royal Tower has the most updated rooms. But there is no kitchenette or microwave which is a nice convenience for the Reef tower.
