We had an excellent time at the property. I would like to make a few suggestions.
While we had the main house and the check in process was easy many other guest staying on the property struggled with check in. Several people came to our pool are after dark looking for their "room." While we had no problem helping them attempt to find it, it was challenging. There should maybe be a Map and better lighting (motion lights) so people can see what they are looking for.
Parking for the main house should be outside of the gate as our van blocked the only walk way to the other rooms for people who had bags. (We were told to park inside the gate)
The staff were very attentive when we had questions or needs. I would also suggest leaving a book for guest to share their experiences with local activities and maybe brochures/menus.
