"Half the staff was unfriendly and condescending. Rooms were unclean. We were wiping the same area in on our counter everyday, came to find out it was roach droppings. Tried to speak with management they wouldn’t speak with us. Head of housekeeping came to speak with us and she was of no help. Basically she blamed us for not telling them sooner. We had to google what it was after the second day. Room was not cleaned on a daily basis. Hotel, pools and restaurants were older and unkept"
