"This unit needs updating. It has old dingy carpet upstairs, old cheap dinnerware, cookware, glassware, etc. Everything is cheap, old and outdated (except the downstairs patio table/chairs, that looks new) Musty smell was horrible -- I went out and bought candles to help mask the smell. Also, this is the first beach house we've ever rented that didn't have any beach gear—no chairs, umbrella, towels. Nothing- so come prepared. "House was not clean properly, pillows and covers smelled mushy and not been washed for a long time. We all got sick, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea on the second day. We did not eat anything out, our food was cooked by us in the house. My 3 y/o son got Asthma exacerbation. Other than the ocean view, it was a terrible Christmas for us. "
