"The bathroom has horrible ceiling damage with mold and the floor all the way around the bathroom is nasty and coming apart.
The ceiling above the beds looks like it’s about to collapse at any time.
The walls in the room look like they’ve been drawn on and the baseboards need to be replaced.
The blind has holes in it
The frames on the beds are falling apart
I paid $304.00 and I expected a nice room but instead I got a room that needs a complete renovation.
This room definitely is not worth $304.00"
"Staff was incredible and accommodating. The hotel is in the perfect location as it’s a 5 minute walk to broadway and all the bars/restaurants but also just enough away where you can also get away from the nightlife! Great spot! Will definitely be back to Grand Hyatt Nashville!! "

"The staff was extremely friendly! It was very clean. The bed was a memory foam and was very comfortable. The water pressure was ok. It feels good just not real hard pressure. The breakfast was fantastic. It was easy to get to. There were places to see and listen to music within walking distance. The “Broadway” music was a little too far for us to walk but some did. We took an Uber. It was a great stay and will definitely stay there again!"
