"Lovely greeting by the staff! Extremely helpful when I locked my key in my room! Room was clean, well appointed and I got a good nights sleep!"

"The rooms were extremely dirty. We were there for a wedding and had 4 rooms. They were a great size, but we had to go buy Clorox wipes to wipe off all the dust. There was mold in one of the rooms and hair on the pillows and in the bathroom. They didn’t clean out the fridge from the previous guests and it still had alcohol in it. Another fridge had mold growing in it. We changed one room once and it only improved mildly. When we tried to speak with the General Manager, he was rude and dismissive. The other front desk staff were kind, but could only do so much because of the gm. The hot tub smelled like urine. The breakfast was decent and clean, but the bartender said she didn’t know how to make a gin and tonic or an Aperol spritz. We were also supposed to get a $15/day food and beverage credit that they didn’t apply."

"I arrived at 10:50 with reservations I paid for and had to wait for over 20 min. There was a sign with a number to call, but it rang the unmanned counter. After calling multiple times, hoping it would also ring elsewhere, I was in the process of trying to reach Hotel.com to see what they wanted to do when the dude came back. Once I got to the room, it was cleanish but very poorly maintained. I don’t typically leave bad reviews, but that was frustrating."
