Clean room. They were able to check us in on arrival instead of waiting until the afternoon. I feel that was the best service we could have received since we had flown in and needed to rest. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again should we go to Nashville.

The staff was very nice. The property was clean and well kept. They were having issues with room service, technology and telephone communication during our stay which they mitigated by comping a meal. I appreciated that. The history of the rail station made this a very fun and interesting stay.

Aside from being a beautiful building, in a fantastic location… The staff here went above and beyond. Everybody was super kind, polite, accommodating. They helped our group take pictures. Brought me flavored coffee syrup. Just made our girls Christmas trip special.

The property has kept the wonderful station architecture and used the space well. The staff were welcoming and the room we had was spacious as we were 3 adults sharing. The food was not as good as the price of it would imply. We had a very salty salad and the coffee was weak, however both these things were remedied by the wonderful and efficient staff. If I were to stay again I would ask for room on the upper floors not overlooking the reception. The rooms on the ground floor with a patio would probably be lovely in warmer times!
