The room was quite shabby and quite a few of the electrical outlets did not work. The first day we were there we could not get WiFi and by the 2nd day when we could, my laptop not only showed that I was on an unsecured line but that the app I wanted to use could be a fake! So, could not use my laptop while there for 3 days. The breakfast was minimal and the bisquits for the sausage patties were hard and dry. I opted for cereal. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful with the WiFi. There were lots of holes in the walls and the sheets and towels were stained and old. Would not stay there again.

The rooms need an update. Overall, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were firm and we slept very well. The only issue we ran into was that the WIFI was spotty and weak. We would recommend this property.

Not a bad stay

Everything was clean and comfortable, check in was easy and relatively fast. Only down is I have a couple stray bites appear on my left arm later in the day indicating bed bug bites. Sorry for that ruining an otherwise great stay

The front desk staff was very friendly. The room was not well kept. It needed a thorough scrub down. Very dusty and somewhat sticky. However the beds were clean. If they had not been, we would have left. We were only there one night so we could tolerate the uncleanliness.

this is our 4th times staying here, it is covenanted to what we go for, plenty of different food sources, always nice and clean friendly. we enjoy our stay there every time.... breakfast is good could start earlier, (before 7 am) we get up early, like 5am... lol

Best hotel breakfast by far, very clean modern building, staff are friendly, house keeping comes every day (most quality inns don’t do that), as far as food or shopping, literally everything is right there and mt Juliet is not far (there’s a large shopping center right off the interstate in mt Juliet. From the hotel to broadway in Nashville is about a 30-40 minute drive depending on traffic
