I booked this bc I was looking for cheap and close to downtown. When we pulled up, I got nervous bc it doesn’t have great curb appeal. I was already thinking this is going to be a long 4 days in this dump. We were about 3 hours earlier than check in and I was going to ask if we could leave our bags there but the manager said he could check us in early! That was a nice surprise. The room was another surprise- it was renovated and clean. The shower had great water pressure. They could provide better blankets as there was a sheet and a thin fleece blanket but we made do. The best part was that it was only a mile walking to Broadway and the walk was beautiful over the bride or cut through the Nissan complex. The immediate area within 5-7min is a little shady but we had absolutely no issues with safety, we walked the entire time we were here and never felt unsafe. I think for the price you can’t go wrong with the location.

We had a problem with a car alarm outside our room constantly going off especially at night. I complained 3 times but they said they talked to the person but couldn't make him leave. Sooooo, we asked to be moved so we could get some sleep. The set up of this Inn is such that the office is in a different building than the hotel. To get to the hotel from the office, you would have to drive around to get to it which would not be a problem if you had a car. We were from out of town so did not have a car and had to walk carrying luggage down stairs from the office to the hotel.

There was no hot water, only luke warm at best. Tv had terrible reception. Bed not comfortable. Restroom sink took a long long time to drain. No iron in the room. Best thing about this room was how close it was to downtown.

TV reception was horrible. The converter didn’t work right the coffee pot didn’t work and then we found out the electrical outlets didn’t work. They were good and getting me another coffee pot and plug it into another outlet in the room. It’s a little far away if you wanna walk to things And I didn’t feel safe walking so I drove

checked in . was in and out. came back to stay. there was hair in the sink dead bug in the bath tub. seen bud bugs in the morning so i left. no sense of me asking for new room. i'm betting bed bugs in one room. more than likely they're in the whole place. very disappointed!

I checked your stay and you did stay two nights even though you thought there were bed bugs in the room. If you had let us know we could have taken care of it right away and called the pest control but we had no alert from your side. I hope you will like us and stay with us again.

Great service! The area around the property was noisy, lots of urban traffic (music) but that's not the hotel's fault. The Christian Superchurch across the street didn't help with the loud Sunday service. But again, not on the hotel. We had a junkie drifter causing a stink for the hotel staff, but they handled the manner in the best way possible to keep the tenets safe. I say this not to discourage you from booking. This can happen anywhere. The fact that the staff was actively involved in making the area safe impressed me. The only criticism of the hotel that I have is that the sink in 132 drained really slow, but I'm sure it was a product of old infrastructure. It's apparent that a lot of remodeling has been done, and the rooms show it. A for the room. The TV channel options are limited ... but you shouldn't be spending your time in the hotel watching TV, this close to downtown Nashville. 30 minute walk to Music Row, so there's plenty to do within this distance.

Although this ain’t a top tier hotel, this was perfect for my spontaneous trip to Nashville. I was provided a discount for adding an extra night. The beds were very comfortable. I stayed here alone and as a young female, I felt safe. I definitely plan on staying here again my next trip. You’re right next to TopGolf and you’re mere minutes away from all the solid bars. I Ubered down to Broadway and was able to walk back with no issue.

Hotel was ok, nothing special. I know it was only £78 per night and you get what you pay for, didn’t like being on ground floor behind a petrol station. Breakfast ok but nothing special, exactly the same for all three mornings. Found older gentleman on reception grumpy but younger one was lovely and friendly.

Our 2 nights stay was good but my only complaint is that the room we were originally given was not ready when we walked in. So I had to get in my car and go to the front office to get a different room. An apology would have been nice for the inconvenience. Other than that location was great. Very close to DTN.

It seems a lot of people live in this motel. Hot water did not get very warm. Shower wasn’t flat and not safe. Beds were super hard. Very poor lighting in the bathroom. Seems more like a live in motel. Would not stay there again. Pay extra and stay in town. Hardly worth the over priced room.

Been staying here since 1995 , great place for the value , staff is good , free breakfast is good . The area around there is kinda iffy . But they have been at that location a long time . And they do the best to keep homeless people and other riff raff away..

The property owner you should remove your listing in expedia. We were kept waiting for an hour in the lobby just bacuse they can't get payment info from expedia. It's your problem not mine okay? if you don't want to be charged by Expedia and just want charge extra parking fee, remove your listing and just put the price in your lobby.

However, when you arrived yesterday April 9 2024, we couldn't find any reservations under your name in our system or on Expedia. Despite our efforts, including contacting our main reservation hotline, there were no bookings found. We take guest reservations seriously and strive to accommodate everyone. Additionally, regarding parking fees, we charge a minimal fee of 10 to help our guests stay within their budget, considering downtown parking fees range from 40 to 50 per day."
