The staff was super helpful with whatever I needed. There was a sighting of a cockroach ow two but that is to be expected when rooms have kitchens. They do come spray every month. The Internet is pretty unreliable. We have been here for about a month now and just minor issues.

I made a reservation and went to check in 3 different times. The first was at 2 pm was told no rooms were clean . Manager told me to come back. I returned at 4 pm still no rooms available. I then returned to property at 6pm manager never came to the door and only came out because he wanted to get violent. I called Expedia and didn't get and help or follow up. So how do I recommend something if it doesn't even work for me

They checked us out 4 days early because the maintenance man gave the wrong room number could never get ahold of manager or anything stood for a couple hours talking to two different office people the just said stay you’ll be good after them also not being able to get in touch the manager. There was roaches, nothing was clean, and the tv don’t work at first. They do correctly hook tv up, and I had to mop and clean floor and stuff because there was sticky stuff everywhere. Black smudges on walls. Was a half smoked black and mild on couch with ashes. Huge hole in couch. Technically it’s a non smoking building but people smoked everywhere inside and outside. Never could get access to the laundry either.

I had a really nice stay here. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is in a quiet, relaxing area. My room was very clean, and I loved having a full kitchen setup — a big fridge, large microwave, and a 2-burner stove made it easy to cook and store food. I’d definitely stay again.

Roaches, asked 4 times for service because the larger stove burner was broken. No towels upon arrival and absolutely no amenities, to pots, pans, plates or utensils. Brought food after a long trip and no way to cook anything.. rugs were filthy.. staff was friendly but unhelpful. Also, orbitz did not inform me ALL payments were to be paid upon arrival. I couldn’t pay a week at a time, and as I came there to work, I wasn’t paid until the first week. Also, said it was pet friendly and it is not. Only service dogs..Will not return if I can help it

This location is more of a low budget weekly housing. Stairs only and there are 3 floors.
The place has roaches/bugs.

Non smokers beware and RADON GAS potential
The exterior is kept up great, clean and well kept. The inside is not so good, they have not enforced the NON-SMOKING, so my non-smokers room had been smoked in so much, it ran down the walls, its was worse than a smokers lounge. Also this hotel did not disclose to me that they have active Radon mitigation in process, which is used to reduce radon gas concentrations in the breathing zones of occupied buildings. There was no question, the device installed in my room was specifically labeled with a warning for Radon Gas removal. The gauge in my room was broken, with a broken gauge, there was no way to check to see if it was functioning correctly and that was very upsetting. I know what radon gas is, but I wonder why they don't provide an educational package to those visiting on what it is, what exposure can do and the Risks both with the mediation active and inactive during a power outage.
If you are a heavy smoker and understand the risk of Radon gas in your suite, this is your place.... otherwise I recommend going somewhere else.

Horrible place to stay
My room smells like cigarettes coming from the vent of ac, also has molds from the vent discharged.
I asked for new bed sheet they brought and left a note can’t change it due to my extra sheet I brought from home .
The towels are stained white overall dissatisfied overall experience.
The mattress was rough and noticed some dead bugs around my bed. Every night since slept over the bed my body itches and got marks on my neck and hands.

Roaches Dirty Drugs Break In’s
Bad part of town!! Overdose in parking lot, vehicles broken into, you could see the drug deals plan and simple. Roaches everywhere - live ones not dead. Roach in the bed. Had to clean the room and tub was filthy. Take some bleach with you if you must stay here.

You get what you pay for
While the service was good and the room was clean, there was not much really being offered and the area was a little sketchy. You only get towels and bathroom supplies once, no dishes or silverware (contrary to the profile listing), and you have to pay for laundry service. The Wi-Fi is good, though.
