Average service this time
A couple items were broken(dishwasher and mirror light). Items were missing from room (utensils) but were replaced same day. Had to request room service and poor job was done (did not refill anything in the kitchen - coffee, dish soap - and only gave us 1 washcloth). When asked to provide us with another washcloth, they took the one we used so we still only had 1 washcloth for 2 people. This was surprising as we have stayed at this location before and had fabulous service.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The kids loved the pool and breakfast. They rated the breakfast sausage a 10 out of 10. The rooms were immaculate and the beds were super comfortable. Thank you!!!

Great stay.
Overall, the hotel was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The room had air conditioning, but the thermostat had a motion detector on it that would default the air conditioner to a higher temperature after about four hours of inactivity. This was good when we were out of the room but when you’re sleeping, that means that in the middle of the night the air won’t be as cold. When I would get up to use the restroom I would walk over to the thermostat and wave my hands to make sure it kicked back on. The breakfast was average, however, they need to watch the temperatures on their food. The eggs were warmish and the sausage links were pretty awful. Most mornings I got breakfast at a fast food restaurant as we headed into Nashville. Nevertheless, it’s a great place to stay. Easy to get to off of I 65 and back onto I 65. And yet far enough away that you get no traffic noise. You’re about 20-30 minutes from downtown Nashville or Opryland and about 12-15 to downtown Franklin. Staff was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Wasn’t impressed, tried to do digital key front desk clerk never activated, poop in toilet, so obvious it wasnt cleaned before I arrived. And pet friendly, meaning that people will bring their pets in the breakfast area, where the food is, while you are eating, some people may not mind this but I did.

It was a place to stay.
It was a place to stay. It felt dirty and we found unknown stains on our curtains that looked like it could only be one thing. The shower curtain was broken and the hotel smelled itself smelled strange. Overall I’m disappointed in my stay for the price we payed. Airbnbs seem to be more affordable and better quality.

Staff appeared burdened by my approach to the check in desk, and one of the front desk staff pointed to the other, as if to motion they had to help me. Very unprofessional. It was clear I was not at all welcome. Despite quiet hours starting at 9PM, they run the hotel under a 24 hour quiet hours policy. We have 3 small children, and unfortunately, after a day in the car, they were a little wound up. Did not expect to get a call from the front desk prior to 8pm about the sound of kids playing (which was not that loud). When I discussed with the morning front desk staff, he was unable to explain why they enforced a 24-hour quiet hours policy, when the stated policy is quiet hours at starting at 9pm. After driving for 7-8 hours to get to the hotel, I was looking forward to a relaxing evening, and the risk of getting kicked out if one of my kids woke up crying because of a bad dream, resulting in another noise complaint was extremely stressful, and unnecessarily so. Ultimately, it is perfectly acceptable to have a 24-hour quiet hours policy. However, it is not acceptable to have a 9pm quiet hours policy, and enforce quiet hours 24-hours a day. My family should not have to walk on eggshells because people don't like kids. Moreover, my family spent multiple nights at 2 other hotels, and 1 condo. The hotels were much nicer/fancier than this one, and the condo was packed full of people. No noise complaints from anyone. It is clear this is not a child friendly hotel.
