Liked the convenient price.
Didn't like it was over sold online. I thought I was getting a King suite as advertised, it ended up being just 2 wide open rooms with unfinished cosmetics throughout. Our room was secluded from the others & isolated in an area that looked unsafe. We slept with a chair to the door each night. There was one sink throughout the rooms. So it was inconvenient to utilize the mini fridge & microwave with extra food. The couch was very uncomfortable and wasn't adult size, more like tiny house furniture. The TVs were like 30s" in both the livingroom and bedroom. So we couldn't utilize the space for the kitchenette and livingroom combo.
Most of the time when people get hotel rooms it's considered to be our home away from home. So the expectations aren't to spend more time going broke running around-DAILY, it's to relax & enjoy the living space & hotel.
The hotel sits on a really steep hill & the parking lot is a nightmare, it's so small. There isn't much food in distance to this hotel & it's quite close to the projects.
The staff was friendly but disconnected in the face to face or phone interactions. This hotel seems to be getting it together, but for my experience I give them a 3 in all areas because I see the potential & growth.
I do understand & appreciate the convenience of price
