There was not much to like about this property. The lobby smelled like sewer. The hallways and room smelled old and musky. It is horrible trying to get in and out of the parking area due to traffic.

This is probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Sheets still felt moist, room temp would not stay consistent, problem with the pipe in the bathroom, there was a mildewy smell throughout the entire hotel, there was a blinking light on the ceiling when we turned off the lights to go to bed that was incredibly distracting. Just seemed so run down and honestly gross. Would never stay here again or recommend to anyone.

The staff were friendly however did not follow through with fixing the A/C unit in our room (smelled of mold and everything was damn) and only cleaned the room and replenished towels 1 time, even when more was requested.

Liked the convenient price. Didn't like it was over sold online. I thought I was getting a King suite as advertised, it ended up being just 2 wide open rooms with unfinished cosmetics throughout. Our room was secluded from the others & isolated in an area that looked unsafe. We slept with a chair to the door each night. There was one sink throughout the rooms. So it was inconvenient to utilize the mini fridge & microwave with extra food. The couch was very uncomfortable and wasn't adult size, more like tiny house furniture. The TVs were like 30s" in both the livingroom and bedroom. So we couldn't utilize the space for the kitchenette and livingroom combo. Most of the time when people get hotel rooms it's considered to be our home away from home. So the expectations aren't to spend more time going broke running around-DAILY, it's to relax & enjoy the living space & hotel. The hotel sits on a really steep hill & the parking lot is a nightmare, it's so small. There isn't much food in distance to this hotel & it's quite close to the projects. The staff was friendly but disconnected in the face to face or phone interactions. This hotel seems to be getting it together, but for my experience I give them a 3 in all areas because I see the potential & growth. I do understand & appreciate the convenience of price

For $120 a night I expected better than this. I have had much better experiences at cheaper hotels. First thing I noticed is everything is very dated and looks like it’s falling apart in my room. The room had clearly been smoked in at some point and you could smell it. There were stains on the sheets leaving me to wonder if they had been changed. The toilet barely flushed and took forever to do so. The bathroom ceiling looked like it was falling in. The area around the hotel doesn’t look very safe and there are homeless people hanging out at the intersection 100 feet away. I was constantly concerned about my vehicle getting broken into. The road outside is insanely noisy and I was constantly hearing sirens and people revving car engines. It literally sounded like someone was racing all night my first night. First night I was there, someone nearly beat my door off the hinges trying to get in the room until I answered the door with a gun in my hand. Turns out the staff had double booked my room and this guy had the same room number as me. Scared the hell out of both of us. Second night, a guy in the next room over was talking on the phone and I could hear everything he was saying like he was in the room with me… for hours. Later that night it was raining and I woke up to the bathtub drain gurgling so loud all night long that I had to wear earplugs and turn the exhaust fan on to drown it out…and could still hear it. Positives: AC worked well, friendly staff, good breakfast.

As others had stated in reviews, this property really needs to be updated! It wasn't the cleanest; something sticky had been spilled on the floor near the elevator and in the elevator, and it was never cleaned the entire time we were there. Our shoes were sticking to the floor! Gross. Beds had a plastic mattress cover which was really annoying when trying to sleep! That's all you heard when you rolled over.

Hotel is run down. Rooms need upgrade. Our first room had muggy sme. Second room had chipped tub. I had little toe bottom cut from tub. I took a picture of tub. Towels smelled good but some were stained and old. Hotel sraff was very pleasant.

Rooms stunk so bad it made us want to throw up. Baseboards were dirty. The beds were clean and comfy so that was amazing. This one needs to be updated really bad.

We had a suite that was spacious for my husband, myself, and our teenage daughter. The amenities were fine. The breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the bathroom could have been bigger--the toilet was short and not very spacious. The biggest complaint would be the floors--they were so dirty, our white socks (and bare feet) became black right away.
