Building was recently renovated and they did a great job. Not sure what it looked like before but it looks great now. The staff was very friendly that you can tell cared about where they worked.

Upon arriving late on a holiday weekend, there was still ample parking. Easy access to a clean room. Breakfast was great! The pool is nice size, and very clean, but could use a few more lounge chairs. Staff was always very courteous. ☆☆☆☆☆

The staff was friendly and the place was great. We had a problem when we checked in, we asked the lady what time the airport shuttle started. She said 4:30. We told her we didn't need to leave that early because our flight didn't leave until 7:25. She told us there were a 5:30 and 6:30 ones. We told her that we wanted the 5:30 one and she said okay, she'd take care of it. I know she was busy trying to get everyone checked in, but the next morning when I asked the desk clerk where the shuttle would pick us up, he asked if we had made reservations. I told him about check in. He had to call the shuttle person and make arrangements for her to pick us up. He didn't have room on the 5:30 shuttle, so he picked us up at 6:10. Fortunately we were able to make it in time to check in, get through security, and get to our gate on time. Another problem was when I went to the ladies restroom and sat down, the toilet seat slid to the side and scared me. I let the desk clerk know about it and they informed me they would let maintenence know about it. Other than those two problems, it was great!

We checked into the hotel around 11, There were 2 individuals working and multiple people checking in. The process took over 20 minutes. There are lots of hotels in the area, but this one looked the most run down out of all. The others looked much better as far as maintained and initial appeal. The place where you got off the elevator on our floor was odd. The room was clean, looked older and probably could use some updating. The breakfast offered some warm and cold varieties, the eggs and sausage were not warm either morning. The tables were not cleaned off as guests left so unless you wanted to wipe off the syrup, your seating was limited. Pool was ok. Could have used some updating.

Rooms were renovated. Close to opry mall area and airport. We had some noisy dogs on floor which made our night miserable, parking was easy, convenient. But even though it was hot, pool was closed. Everyday same breakfast, no changes at all.

The property was just so-so. Our room wasn't as clean as it could be. Dirt on the floors and in the cracks and corners. We had to ask for towels. Most of the staff appeared to be put off by simple requests, like towels. We won't be staying at this location again. Sorry

Actually, I got a good deal on my hotel under $100. That said the building appears to be under renovation yet they are renting out the rooms which aren’t quite finished. Hanging electrical wires from hallway light fixtures and even rooms with missing cabinet doors and a breakfast area with lots of out of stock items and a staff that just kind of shrugs their shoulders and doesn’t seem to care. The clientele in the hotel was also very low class loud and the entire place smells like weed. Seems kind of like a hooker hotel so definitely avoid.

Unfortunately we did not stay long as there was several explosions from the transformers right across the street around 12:30am and we lost power and phone connection so we packed up and left and didnt even get to try their breakfest. Had to use the stairs with our luggage so we made several trips. I told the man at the desk they needed to wipe down the stair handrail as they had painted recently but i dont think he understood what i was trying to tell him. Anyway it was unfortunate for us no sleep no food. The room 305 was very nice though, just remodled. The hotel was easy quick assess to the highway and about 5 mins to the airport.
